- Please contact us at support@woodsen.co within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
- Refunds will be processed once we verify the problem — no need to ship the product back.
2. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not completely satisfied with your product, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order.

- Please note: Physical returns require shipping back to our facility at the customer's expense. We're often able to offer alternative solutions that save you time and money.
