Woodsen Lifetime Guarantee & Refund Policy
At Woodsen, your satisfaction is our priority. Every Woodsen product is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
Please contact us at support@woodsen.co within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once we verify the problem — no need to ship the product back.
2. First 90 Days — Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order for a refund.
Physical returns require shipping back to our facility at the customer's expense. We're often able to offer alternative solutions that save you time and money.
3. After 90 Days — Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
Your Woodsen products are covered against cracking, splitting, or breaking under normal kitchen use for as long as you own them.
If this happens, we will replace the affected item(s) free of charge.
If the original item is no longer available, we will replace it with a comparable current product or issue store credit of equal value.
Each order is eligible for one guarantee claim. Once a claim has been used, that order is no longer eligible for further claims.
To make a claim, email support@woodsen.co with your order number and photos of the issue.
The guarantee does not cover normal cosmetic wear (color changes, minor surface marks) or damage from dishwashers, prolonged soaking, or misuse.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Not Covered
Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Refund requests made after 90 days from delivery (replacement remains available under the Lifetime Guarantee)
Items not returned in original condition (if a physical return is required)
Claims on orders where a guarantee claim has already been used
