At Woodsen, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Please review the following details about our shipping process:

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Times

Average delivery time: 7–14 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur due to customs, postal service issues, or peak seasons. Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be displayed on our site.

4. Order Changes & Address Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address or redirect the package. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@woodsen.co. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. For all other cases, please see our Refund Policy.
